Fitzwater Construction was founded by Colin J. Leonard, a proud product of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Colin began his career working with a high-rise developer in Center City on some of the city’s iconic recent mixed-use commercial and residential projects. He worked later with commercial general contractors. His clients include some of Philadelphia’s favorite local brands as well as national reatilers and institutions.
